It increases the distance between the swivel and the wheel rail. It can be used for ceilings taller than the standard, to decrease the distance off the ground of the wheel rail so to make the loading of the bike easier or to have more available space in using the second kid bike kit. The more the distance between the bike and the swivel increases, the more the max load decreases according to the following equation : 1 cm. = 0.32 Kg.
